- Answer I'm not sure why it's doing that i just got the solo 4 pink ones got them for my wife Mother's Day all she had to do is go to Bluetooth and connect them and they're working fine did not have to download any app and I think she's got a Galaxy A35

- Answer Yes you can. You can get the sound output to work through a Samsung tv even while using the Bluetooth connected headphones.
