A:AnswerYes. You have to click the little button in the back of the case then it will show up on Bluetooth. Once you did that they will connect atumaticaly if Bluetooth is on. The Apple AirPods are a great product
A:AnswerI asked this question to Best Buy and also called Apple Store. Both places do not offer a warranty on this item. Apple quit offering Apple care on their Beats line almost a year ago and when they did that, is the same time Best Buy quit offering a warranty.
