“Sometimes when I walk the sound from the left side of the beats wireless 3 goes out and I have to be touching it so It can go back does that mean that I have damaged the device or some beats have the malfunction and if that’s so how I can repair it?”

Maybe a short in the headphones. I’d have them checked at the Apple store or report it to Best Buy if you have geek squad coverage.
