“How is the sound quality for phone/conference calls calls and is it easy to take/initiate a call while listening to music? The guy at Apple told me it's not the headphone to buy if using primarily for phone calls, but I love the color/comfort.”

The quality is excellent I can hear everything and people can hear me clear too. All you do is press the left button to accept a call or when you’re making one it’ll automatically go to the headphones.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I honestly use these for phone calls as well. It surprisingly has clear quality and works just as good as iPhone headphones. The only downside is that it doesn't do the best job and blocking out exterior sound, so I'd highly recommend using it in quieter environments. The beats do a great job at blocking out all sound, but this will make you talk a little louder than you normally would. So just be cautious of the environment, but overall these work great for phone calls.
