A:AnswerThis actually happened to me a couple weeks ago. You’re going to have to go to your nearest apple store and explain to them what happened. They’re gonna have you schedule a same day appointment. During your appointment your going to order another headphone. I have the wireless Powerbeats abs I lost one of them, apple charged me $99 for the single headphone and I paid once the headphone was delivered to the store.
A:AnswerIt has good sound to me. I only use one bud at a time and I never have them in consistently. At this time I’m unable to advise on battery life. This is my only complaint, that it doesn’t show when I open the case near the phone like the other beats I had prior.
