“i have a hard time with my airpods pro my ears are just so small and they always fall out. Will these work better? i just want something that won't fall out so much and use all-day”

That’s hard to say, since Ive never had issues with AirPods or AirPods Pro falling out of my ear, but I can say that these are very comfortable. They come with three different sizes of rubber tips so you can find a fit that works for you. But I think the design of these are great and they shouldn’t fall out.
