Can i use this on phone call and how many hours null

Yes for phone calls , mainly I use this to do my walk , jogging and gym, my walk 1.5 hours , gym 1.0 hour, , the most I hace used is 3 hours and 45 minutes none stop .

I’m not sure how long but they last at least an hour, and I haven’t heard any complaints from how they sound on the phone, but I personally like the pros more for the transparency cause they last longer and are more natural.
