- Answer Forget the earbuds in the device you don’t want it to connect to or you can also just turn off Bluetooth in the device you don’t want connected :)

- Answer Try wiping off the pins on the inside of the case and the pins on the earbud. If that doesn't work, I would advise seeking a tech repair shop.

- Answer Mine last about 4 hours or so. If you want to extend the battery life then download the app and turn off the noise canceling feature. This will extend the battery life.
