• A:Answer Your Beats should have come with a small USB cord, you just need to purchase a wall adapter for it. If yours didn’t come with one than you need to go back to Bestbuy and ask for a new unit. Check your box they came in because the cord is small, less than a foot long and could easily be overlooked.

Q: QuestionWhy is my beats recharging at different speeds. For example I check the chart and the left was at 97% where as the right was at 32%. Both times I recharged them their was a big difference between the speeds from the left earbud to the right.

• A:Answer Its super clear compared to the apple AirPods 2 generation. I can actually hear my calls and they don't drop audio unlike the airpods where if it's slightly noisy they drop the audio for the other side. I definitely recommend these plus the buttons helps end calls and make calls.
