• yes, you can connect a bluetooth receiver to your TV with an HDMI cable or an optical cable. Then you can wirelessly pair the Beats headphones to the bluetooth receiver. You can get a bluetooth receiver from amazon.

• No , at first if you have a Bluetooth tv it might work if not ,it will not. 2nd of all no 2 way connection
