A:AnswerCrap headphones, apple will not stand behind their product because they know it's complete garbage. They will break and then repairs will be as much as a new pair.
A:AnswerSame thing I thought when I first bought them they send you an email regarding the 3 months but after I read it and clicked on it if you’ve used the 3 month trial prior to buying the studios it won’t let you get another trial it’s technically for a person that hasn’t used Apple Music at all before and if you haven’t used it at all what the email basically tells you is to activate that free trial. Gives you the steps on how to activate it.
