If you have the original studio wireless before Apple took over, I suggest that you just try to fix the earmuffs or purchase what I declare is the number one wireless noise cancellation headphones on the market over Bose is Sony WH-1000M2. You have nothing to lose. If you go to Best Buy they have a lot of open box specials. Why is that? It’s because people are returning them back. I was skeptical for my week and a half of investigation on looking for some new headphones and I was not disappointed and days. The manager was right! He said “I would not be returning them guaranteed”. He was right! They are sophisticated, mature looking, and a lot of technology, along with two apps to download to give you more control over your Sony wireless noise cancellation headset. Trust me! I was very skeptical. But I am glad I made that leap. I hope beats get their act together and bring back the quality that they sacrifice for technology. I believe you can have both. Apple doesn’t offer AppleCare on their headphones. That is the only product they do not offer a warranty on. Ask yourself why? There is a reason for everything.
