“What’s the difference between the Beats Studio and Beats Studio2? They seem to be the same as far as price and specifications as far as I can tell, but I like the matte black color of the Studio better than the glossy black of Studio2”

Apparently the difference is worlds apart. The original Studio was made by Monster and was horrible, whereas the Studio 2 was a massive improvement in sound quality, but don't take my word for it, let your ears be the judge.
