Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I got it (matte black/regular black), it was brand new, but keep in mind this isn't the 2013 boxing. This box is after Apple bought Beats, so some of the contents aren't the same. For example, there is no power brick there, however, all the cables are black (for the matte/gloss black). This may not be a big influence to you, but if you want to see what the unboxing is like, search up something along the lines of 2017 Beats Studio Wireless unboxing. Considering this may not be the detail you're looking for, in short, the answer is yes. It is brand new.
