Hey there! Sadly, no such exchange is prohibited, according to Best Buy regulations. The price you buy a product at is the price you will have forever and cannot be price-matched. However, if your headphones are still under warranty, I'd advise you to at least try and ask a Best Buy representative for a full refund (NOT for an exchange). Best Buy's so generous regarding costumer service, you never know what they'd allow for you :) ~ Joos ~
