Has anyone used these while wearing a hearing aid? null

Yes I have used it while wearing a hearing aid but I would not recommend it for multiple reasons first of which is most of the latest hearing aids use wireless antenna to detect the sound signals and might interfere due to Bluetooth signals from the headphones plus it can damage the sophisticated machinery of your hearing aid. Also you won’t be able to appreciate the better sound quality wearing it on top of hearing aid. So I would suggest removing hearing aid and then trying to use it and you might be able to enjoy it in high volume range.

My mother has a hearing aid but removes it for comfort when using the head phones. She is very happy with the sound quality.
