Hey there! For a short answer, this $179.99 is for a BRAND NEW pair, not a refurbished pricetag. Beats currently came out with a new version of Beats Studio's (called Studio 3's). Since the company created a newer model, they had to permanently decrease the older versions (these Beats Studio Wireless's) down to $179.99 forever :) ~ Joos ~
