Hi Rick. The Belkin 3.5mm Audio + USB‑C Charge Adapter (NPA004) will work fine for adding an audio jack to connect external speakers while charging your phone. However, it is not designed to support HDMI or streaming devices like Roku, so you may not be able to use it to connect a Roku directly.
