• Bellin is incorrect- this charger does not work with cases. We have tried on our cases that are thin & no luck.

• Hi Belkin, I have the same problem. I just got a new iPhone 12 Pro and this charger is not working with it at all. I tried it with my Apple brand Magsafe thin clear case and without a case--neither work. My phone will not charge on this dock.

• No it doesnt I have tried to use it without a case and everything it does not work for the 12 pro max at all......
