“How do you wirelessly charge it? I’ve had it plugged in all day but when I unplug it, it doesn’t charge my phone anymore. Or is that not an option?”

• Not an option. It allows you to charge your phone without constantly plugging and unplugging your phone, but the charger is not a power bank and must stay connected to an ac power source

• Hi. The wireless charging pad itself needs to be plugged into an outlet in order to wirelessly charge your compatible phones.
