Mines works too with no lights shown at all. The instructions were terrible but I love how fast everything charges

Hi, mesandy. The LED light signifies the status of the AirPods charging. A white LED light confirms your AirPods are aligned and charging optimally, while an amber LED light alerts you when your AirPods aren’t aligned or there’s another object (foreign objects like metals that will interfere the charging process) getting in the way of your charge.
