• Iphone SE 2020 works - I plug the adapter into the phone and then you can plug in two things : a headphone/audio cable and a charger cable.

• Yes. I have an iPhone SE. The ac cable that came with the iPhone connects to one side of the Belkin connector. A regular 3.5mm earphone fits in the other side of the Belkin connector. No Bluetooth connection needed with this setup.
