• If your HP notebook has a USB-C port, you should be able to attach your Dell monitor to either the USB A or C ports or to the HDMI port (depending on what cable comes with the Dell monitor).

• Hi Peanut. The Belkin AVC006 dock has not been tested to be compatible with your mentioned devices. This dock is designed to work with laptops that support USB-C connections.
