“I bought this and it doesn't show up on my list of drives on my Gateway GWTN141-5. I tried it on a HP laptop and it works. So, thought the port on my Gateway was broken, but tried a different multiport adapter on my Gateway and it works fine. Any ideas”

Belkin staff…that does not answer my question. Clearly my laptop supports USB C connections because I said I tried a different multi port adapter in the same port and the other one worked!
