Hi there. The BOOST↑CHARGE™ 10W Wireless Charging Pad charges as the same as the normal chargers. It also supports Apple®, Samsung®, and Google™'s fast charging feature.

In case you experience some charging errors, you check the following:
That the device is properly aligned on the charging pad.
That a Qi-compatible device is placed on the charging pad.
That the charging pad and phone are not overheating.

It charges about the same. Definitely a bit sensitive on the placement. There is a little white light when placed correctly. There is an orange one when not or none at all. Always need to double check the placement for charging.
