“Is there a specific way to lay phone on the charger? I try to charge my iPhone 8 all the time and most nights it says it is charging, but ends up going DOWN in charge by morning!!! Please help!!”

Hi, Jane. As long as the handheld device is properly aligned on the center of the pad and not using a phone case thicker than 3mm, it should work fine on the Belkin stand.
