A:AnswerHello, Erica. You need to plug the Belkin WIA001 to a power outlet, and you can now charge your phone on the charging pad without connecting any cable in your phone.
A:AnswerHi, Buds. The Belkin WIA001 is designed to work with Qi-compatible devices. As long as the handheld device offers this feature, it should work fine with our wireless charging pads and stands.
A:AnswerHi Efra. Let’s have our Product Experts assist you with this. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the relevant info and the link to this post for our reference.
A:AnswerThe question remains.
If the white light stays on when charging and remains white when the phone is fully charged, how will the user know when fully charged? The previous answer says to disconnect the charger when the phone is fully charged. It would be very helpfull ( A minimum expectation) that when the phone is fully charged the white light would turn from white to green for fully charged indicator. The charger would then automatically stop charging the phone while it remained on the charger.
Please consider the aforementioned when developing your next version. Thank you
