• Hi, Donnie. The Belkin Boost Up Wireless Charging Pad (WIA001) supports phone cases up to 3 mm in thickness.

• Works with the case i have on which is a thick otterbox.

• It depends on the case. It says it will charge through a case up to 3mm thick. Mine works fine with a Tech 21 case on a Samsung S10.

• Make sure your case does not have a magnetic plate for magnetic mounts. Otherwise, you have to remove your case in order to charge your phone.

• It will charge with a case as long is a thin case , It will charge my iPhone with a clear case.
