• No it does not. I even emailed Belkin asking if there is a way to use it in the car and they said no. And there is not one made that can be used in the house and in the car.

• It might, but I found that with my car, a 2012 Toyota Corolla, charging was much faster if I used a lighter plug charger. A newer car may have a better built in charger.

• No it is Type C to C connection so it till not work unless you have a regular socket
