yes, there is a small cookbook in the instructions. It has three recipes. Dip, Baked beans and sweet and spicy chicken.

Yes book is included with cook time for each type of food. If you use the full cook space may be it is sufficient for 2 with no leftover.

There are a couple of recipes in the instruction manual. Unfortunately there is no cookbook.
It depends on what your cooking, this unit can cook enough food to serve two people.
