• yes, there is a small cookbook in the instructions. It has three recipes. Dip, Baked beans and sweet and spicy chicken.

• Yes book is included with cook time for each type of food. If you use the full cook space may be it is sufficient for 2 with no leftover.

It depends on what your cooking, this unit can cook enough food to serve two people.
