“When I remove the pot, it is not stopping dripping. How can I order a new basket?”

• I believe that all of the water takes awhile to drain out of the basket. I usually wait about 5 minutes after it stops brewing. You can remove the coffee carafe for a cup of coffee but you have about 30 seconds to return the pot to the plate.

• This happened to me after using it a few weeks. I think the problem was the spout was sticking. I washed the basket and jiggled the spout some and it went back to normal. Hope that helps!
