• Yes it has a warming plate. You can make up to 12 cups. It would depend on how much water you put in. Keep in mind coffee maker turns off in 2 hours after brewing.

• Yep! Has a warming plate and you can make any size batch you want. The carafe's measuring lines begin at four cups, but I've just eyeballed it when I want less than that. I've used the machine to make just one or two cups several times. The machine has an automatic shut off for the warming plate, can't remember the time -- maybe 2 hours?

• It does keep the coffee warm for two hours. Not sure about how small the batches could be but maybe 1 or 2 cups?
