“When you insert the basket, it doesn’t tun on. I have to move basket in and out many times until the basket fit right then it will turn on. What is the problem With this? Emailed the customer service and no answer.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would first try startIng with the dials in the "off" position. I would then go about opening the basket and inserting the food into the basket. I would then make sure the basket was securely closed. I would then set the temperature dial to the desired temperature. I would finally proceed to set the timer to the desired cooking temperature. When setting the timer, the light should then turn on and the machine should start the cooking process.
