• Hello, thanks for reaching out. The Maximum size of food to be sliced is: 4.25” long x 4.25” wide x 3.5” thick. You can set the desired cutting thickness by turning the thickness adjustment knob. There are 5 thickness settings: 5= 5/8”,4= 4/8”, 3= 3/8”, 2= 2/8”, 1= 1/8”. Have a nice day. The BELLA Team.
