“I would love to buy more wire racks for dehydrating and more cookie sheets. Is there somewhere to buy these from the manufacturer? I just looked on their website and this toaster oven doesn't even show up there.”

It does show up but you have to dig a little deeper to find it. I also wanted to purchase more racks but they do not list them in the parts section
