“I am disapointed in this toaster. I have put it on 1, toast too light, put it one click up, toast burnt, used bagel button, one side burnt, one side light, use gluten free, same result. What the heck? Went through half a loaf of bread already”

I feel your pain! My experience with the toaster was the same! What is especially disappointing is it is a Bella Pro product, a brand I totally trust... until now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had the same issues with this toaster! Such a disappointment! I wish I would have kept my old one and never purchased this piece of junk! It didn’t work well from the start and now a month in, it only toast or burns on one side!
