“What is the coating inside the air fryer? Is it ceramic or teflon?”

• The coating looks to be teflon or some other non-stick type surface. when air-frying certain foods I would sometimes lightly spray some olive oil to help with the cooking process and make sure the food will not stick. For cleanup I usually just wipe out the grease with paper towel and then soak the basket along with the tray in soapy water to degrease it. The basket and tray can be cleaned in the dishwasher as well.

• It appears the inside is aluminum material coated with a type of non stick that is not PFOA (Teflon), according to the manufacturer.
