A:AnswerIf unfortunately your oven did not have the owner’s manual included you’re in for a rough go. I tried using Best Buy’s customer support chat. After being passed around to 3 different agents and supervisors I gained zero useful information. Supposedly the manual I wanted was protected by some secret high level privacy protocol and could not be simply emailed to me in pdf format. For an owner’s manual? Please don’t insult my intelligence. It would have set better with me if they just said they simply didn’t know and couldn’t find out. Next I emailed Bella directly to their customer service address. Their chat bot thanked me for being a valued customer and told me to expect a response in 24 hours. 3 days later nothing. 3 weeks later nothing. I had previously scoured the internet in search of a source for a free user manual. To my surprise I found nothing and I’m a pretty diligent searcher when I get my teeth into a project. At last I found the holy grail at one of the sellers of manuals of all types. One problem. Their charge was $14.95. 15 bucks might have seemed reasonable to them but to me it was preposterous to think it would cost that much for something that should have been included with my oven in the first place. My last resort was something I wouldn’t have dreamed necessary at the outset of my search. Mind you I wasn’t trying to get something free I wasn’t entitled to. All I wanted was a simple owner’s manual and quick start guide. I boxed the oven back up and returned it to Best Buy. I purchased a 2nd identical oven and had a geek squad member unbox it there in the store. Low and behold there was a manual included. Neatly tucked into one of the bags along with the roasting pan and fryer basket. I wish my original had been included in mine in similar fashion but it simply was not. An unfortunate and inconvenient oversight. I am very pleased with the oven. It works extraordinarily well. Hopefully if needed in the future Best Buy’s and Bella’s customer service support will work as well as the oven. We shall see.
