A:AnswerI remove the top round cover, using a butter knife. Unplug it first. There are no screws that hold it in place. There are 6 tabs that need popped loose. Once the cover is off, look for the little round black cylinder with a hole in it. Its labeled buzzer in the board. Jam an paperclip in that hole a few times to break the speaker. It will still beep but at about 90% less volume.
A:AnswerI also would like to know the answer this question. Its loud and unnecessary. It doesn't look like there is a way to turn it off without tearing it apart and finding the beeping mechanism and disconnecting it.
