Why can't I push the up arrow when putting more time or upping the temperature on my touchscreen? The air fryer is only a week old! null

Have you reached the maximum amount of time or temp for that setting? I do know there are different limits for the different settings. Otherwise I would contact their customer service, I thought they were very easy to work with.

I know that, depending on the function, you’re trying to use, certain functions won’t let you go above a certain temperature or time. I would make sure you are selecting the right function, such as “air fryer,“ “bake,“ etc..
