“Why can't I push the up arrow when putting more time or upping the temperature on my touchscreen? The air fryer is only a week old!”

Have you reached the maximum amount of time or temp for that setting? I do know there are different limits for the different settings. Otherwise I would contact their customer service, I thought they were very easy to work with.
