Can I roast a 5# chicken in the 8qt null

Yes I believe you can roast some chickens in it with no problem

I’ve cook mostly chicken in pieces with no problems but a whole chicken may have to be cooked at a lower temp for a longer time period. There’s a few videos on you tube try “cookingwithdoug” he cooks a small butterball turkey in one.
