I need the manual I cannot get this to work null

Manual will not help you. The machine is defective, they do not work. I exchanged two brand new and none worked

One thing I tried that might have helped was lifting and setting the water tank on the back while it's full to try and force water into the line, also make sure it's not steam but just water coming out the wand so there isn't air in the line.
