“I think the warming plate is bad. The 1st cup is hot 2nd and on is not! The temperature dropped 20* in an hour. I don't think this is supposed to happen. I had a 12 cup but thought this would be better. so far I am wrong. Any help would be great. TY”

• There is a setting with a timer for the plate warmer. Mine is set at 2 hours and you can adjust it in 15 min slots. Could just be you need to change the timer.
