“My girls bought this for my husband and I at Christmas and I love it. But sometimes after we set it up in the morning and push start it will not start. What are we doing wrong? We would rinse the filter and basket good first .”

I have had it happen when I am in the process of filling the tank and trying to start. It seems like there is a water level sensor inside that has to have a minimum of 2 cups of water before it will actually power on.
