• You have to make sure you're frying your food at the proper temperature and for the proper length of time.

• You must have a bad heating element, or it has pulled out of it's socket. If pushing it in doesn't work, take it back.

• There are several settings; the left most is AIR FRYER. Then, select temperature and then time. Re-read instruction booklet BEFORE using. If not heating, check element.... Otherwise, truth it.
