For broil, I use the 400 or top degree setting that works well for me.

No setting but works pretty similar to broiling in general. There's just 2 nobs, 1 for time, the other for temperature; which goes up to 400 degrees and you'll still receive those "seared marks" on top of whatever you're cooking.

You are correct, there are no setting options besides the 2 dials, one for time & one for temperature:  This is a very simple air fryer.
