Has anyone had problems with the knobs? null

I have 2 of them in the house and one mini in the office for a few months now and had zero problems with either. The ones at home have been tested by the grandkids that use it daily more than twice or thrice a day and so far they are perfect.

No it's so easy even the grandma uses it
