• I turn my food over about half way through cooking you should be safe with doing that with all foods. Treat it like you’d treat food on a grill and you should be good.

• I don’t turn everything over . If I am just heating up cooked food I don’t . I did Some fillet fish and I just turned it once after half of the cook time which was 7 minutes.
