The burner is in the inside of the air fryer once you pull the air fryer out it’s above in the inside . Plus it has a secure plate where’s it not completely flat it has these soft pieces around the plate that’s inside of the air flyer I absolutely love it because it’s less cleaning as well. It’s stainless !!!
