I bought this air fryer in November and now the basket won’t go back in there’s a ton plastic piece that is broken off and it won’t start because the door isn’t completely closing null

The specifications sheet shows this product has a two year warranty. I would certainly try contacting the manufacturer. I have several Bella appliances, including their dual basket air fryer (different model) and they've been great. I purchased their little cake maker over 20 years ago and it still works fine! Worth a try!

This just happened to me. It is just stuck flashing where it last left off even if you unplug it. I didn't see any plastic pieces but noticed one side is more worn on the inside than the other. Are we able to get a replacement?
